Is it possible to to change the not movable area to a
contiguous area? Or is that not important?

Not possible.

[[Green areas represent unmovable files, which cannot be relocated by Disk
Defragmenter. ]]

You have no choice in the matter.

You can get a program called "Raxco, Perfect Disc" that
defrags and moves all your files to the beginning of the
disc, and can do a boot time defrag that sorts out the
system files.

It is not important. All that matters is your files are defragmented.
Schedule a generous amount of defragging and leave your computer on. If you
are using XP and NTFS you can buy Diskeeper from Executive Software and it
can also defragment your directories. This is especially useful if you have
converted from Fat32 to NTFS.
