defrag?

\ran defrag after failing with a system back up anf found that these files
cant be defagged
\recycler\NPROTECT\00062384.BKF
\RECYCLER\NPROTECT\00062711.BKF
these are 34gif in size between them
unfrotunately they are all over the HD and it's lost me an awful lot of
space, i have tried to locate them but cant find them to delete?
any help please

Did you try "Empty Norton Protected Files" in Recycle Bin?

do i feel stupid, completely forgot norton was protecting my bin, had run
defrag disk clean up thinking that that usually clears the recyle bin, don't
know why it didnt, thanks from a daft bugger, cheers chuck

NP, Phil. Norton hides itself so successfully from our consciousness that we
all forget about it from time to time. ;-}
