Defrag.

Error mess. cannot complete because of protected files.
Running Norton Sys. Works, have deleted Norton and ran
again with no luck. Also system restore back as far as I
can, still not working. Changed settings on Norton to
unprotect the files in the recycle bin. Hope someone can
help.....
