Defrag

R

Reboot

Can defrag be configured to run periodically so I don't
have to physically go to the computer to do it? I have
about 50 computers that I support and don't want to go to
each machine.

Download and install Autodefrag from http://www.morphasys.com/autodefrag/

Use task scheduler to schedule Autodefrag to run whenever you want. It will
open Win 2k's defrag and run automatically.

Scheduling Win 2k's defrag to run will cause it to open and it will sit
waiting until *someone* clicks defrag. Using Autodefrag will eliminate the
need for *someone* to click defrag.
