Defrag problem after SP1 installed

All 3 of my computers "c" drive will not complete a defrag
since I installed SP1 I have downloaded all the updates
still no fix any ideas?

Check to see if you have pushed the disk over the limit of occupancy -
defrag requires 15% free space, and the restore point made for SP1 plus
the stored SP1 files (for future use by SFP) and a possible 'Uninstall
folder' will add up to quite a lot
