defrag not working on xp sp2?? help

each time i run defrag it get to about 90% on anylise and then says - error
in c:\documents and files\content.Ie5\ivrmcuIh\bug[1].gif
i found it in the files but cant delete from windows- now i have a recycle
bin which shows full and nothing in it.
 
Hi Darren,

Right click on the IE icon on the desktop and select properties and
click on Delete Files under "Temporary Internet Files" and again with
a check mark on "Delete all offline contents". Now rerun defrag.
