Defrag error

I can't defrag my hard drive. Everytime I click the
defragment button, my computer restart automatically
(only after 3% of defragmenting) and error message appear
after that, serious error. What should I do? Safe mode
didn't help either. I really need help...
 
The reason for the restart is that something is running in the background and
writing to the file(hard drive). Shut everything down before defragging.
