defrag after sp1a update

Finally got a successful installation of sp1a. I checked
defrag. Analysis says no need. 6% fragmentation. Lots
and lots of file defragmentation.

Whats the rule of thumb out here in Windows land. Should
I defrag or not? How often is advisable and is to often
harmful?

You may not need to do it, but the bottom line is: you can never do any harm
by defraging.
