Defrag a Raid 5 array

Hello,

Are there any known issues when running windows defrag on
a raid5 disk array? i.e. do it often, don't do it, special
3rd party software is better?

Hardware or software based R5 ? System Volume, or Data Volume or Both ?

Doesnt matter. Check it preiodically, and defrag when it starts to look
hairy.

some 3rd party tools are better than others, and most are better than what
you get off the 2000 CD. Think of the native defreag as Diskeeper Light...
