Definitions Update does not refresh date shown

I manually update.

When I updated and got new definitions today, the data
shown for Spyware definitions in the System Summary
section of the Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta1 window, was
not refreshed.

I closed out of the window and re-opened it, and the
upadted data then showed. It should be refreshed at
once. Also, why not show the version number (which is
included in the sucessful update message)?

The automatic update doesnt seem to work at all!
Only the manual update works here.
Maby after todays update it goes better
