define keyboard shortcut to in/de-crease master volume

Hi,
I am looking for a way to increase/decrease the master volume with a keybord
shortcut (standard keyboard). Is there a way to define a shortcut to increase
the volume by a given amount with only one keystroke? (like you can do on
keyboards with the special volume-buttons).
