Defender

I loaded defender. When I went to save to my CD - Rewriter it said I needed
permission of the adminisrater (Which is me), it did not show all the files
on disc, would not allow me to delete, saying disc is read only (which it was
not before). "My Computer" show the disc as full (which it was not) I also
lost IN CD icon and could not format a disc, unistalled Defender and my
computer went back to normal. James Green
 
This sounds like an application compatibility incident.

If you can, it'd be nice to post this to the appcompat group, with details
about the precise vendor and version of the CD writing software involved.
