Hi all, hope I'm posting to the right place...
Anyway, does anyone know if Defender is updated along with the standard
Windows updates? Before Defender, when I was using Anti-Spy (is that what the
old name used to be? Can't remember...), I would regularly check for updates,
and generally there would be new definitions to download every week or so.
Now, when I check for updates by going to the "About Windows Defender"
section of Defender and click "Check for Updates," there are NEVER any
updates. Is this correct? Seems odd to me.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks much!
