Defender found a problem and generated this error on trying to remove it...

windows defender encountered a error: Ox80501001. One or more actions could
not be completed sucessfully.

Please check the system event log for more information on what specifically
failed.
I bet you hit the Remove All button, right? In that case, we don't show as
much diagnostics when things fail...we're looking at making the UI better for
this case.
