Defender and Trend Micro

I am going to install trend micro. It protects against viruses and spyware.
Will this be compatible with defender? If not, how do I disable defender?
Also, If I use spybot and adaware(on demand) should I first disable my real
time spyware?
 
Hello verbal2891,

To stop Windows Defender open services.msc and set the service Windows Defender
to stop and disable it. Compatible or not, just try out.
