All,

I have about 7 machines on my network that have just
recently suffered a very weird problem. The display colors
on these boxes are obscured. They are not normal. It only
happens when the default windows xp theme is installed. I
am having color abnormalities on windows, buttons,
boarders and everything else. If i change the theme to
something else it is ok. But of course when i logout, it
goes back to the default windows xp theme and displays
the problem again. Does anyone know the files that are
involved with the default xp theme? I think that if I can
replace them from a working box , that will solve my
problem. Any suggestions on the files???

TIA

Are we talking about Windows 2000 machines as that is the group you posted in? You might want to try a Windows XP group.
