Default Toolbars on Taskbar?

The "Language" toolbar automatically loads on the Taskbar when I turn on my
computer. This is not my preference. I go into Toolbars and uncheck it. Is
there anyway of stopping this loading by default? I have tried to figure
this out on my own but cannot. Thanks much

Have you tried right clicking the bar and say close? If done the first time,
it will tell you, that it will come back to windows, unless you check a box
there to set it to not to come back after system shut down, or restart. The
bar does come out when you installed a program that supports speech, or
handwriting tools, such as Office, IE7, or even on some updates.

I will try this. I usually just uncheck it.

However, I do install updates so I will see what happens
