Hello,

I am working with Office Word 2007. I am using Quick Parts to insert Fields.
My question is this: can my default response for a prompt be more than one
line of information? If so, how do I key this?

Thank you!

It rather depends on the field. If you are using (say) a macrobutton field
the text is limited to one line, however if you are using an Ask field you
can use up to 255 characters Press ALT+F9 to toggle the display and type the
extra prompt between the quotes. eg

ullamcorper suscipit lobortis nisl ut aliquip ex ea c" }
