Default Printer Permissions

Is it possible to change the default permissions granted
to a printer when it is created? For example, is it
possible to grant a specific global group the Manage
Documents permission for every new print queue created?

My target server platform is W2K Server in an AD domain.

Sorry, you cannot do that. A potential solution is a service or monitoring
tool that listens for notifications when a print queue arrives. Then it
applies the desired security descriptor to it.
