default password for new account

hi all,

i would like to know, if i can set a default password for new account. this
is what i would like to accomplish, when i create a new account i don't want
to provide a password every time. i use a default password for all new
account and would like to set this password as a default.

Nothing in the OS will support that, you need your code or tool or whatever to
do it.
