Default page changes while loading IE

Whenever I reboot the system and load the IE for the first time, the homepage default address originally set by me is automatically substituted and changed to bring in the header page of that address. (I can now select another web address and make it as current webpage address. This change remains good until I shutdown the system and when I reboot, the problem mentioned in line 1 appears.

Pl suggest What I need to do to prevent this from happening.!!!

ad-aware at lavasoft usa.com free version install and
update do a scan and it should remove the browser
hijacker in your system.

You have probably inadvertently downloaded and installed adware,
spyware, parasite, trojan or a browser hijacker from some web site:

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
