Hello,
After migrating to outlook 2003 some of my users domain/login comes up
automatically when they start outlook, others don't, does anyone know how to
force the domain/username to come up on the exchangeserver/outlook 2003 login.

"Control Panel|Mail|View or Change Existing E-Mail Accounts|Microsoft
Exchange Server|Change|More Settings|Security tab", add a checkmark to the
"Always prompt for user name and password" checkbox.

Hi Hal,
Thanks for the response, I've tried that already, I will clarify; the login
dialog box is coming up fine, I want the domain/username (of the user) to
come up automatically, and not blank, any thoughts ? I've tried re-installing
outllook, I've tried the change name/test name, but some stations will not
hold the info. I've searched the registry for an entry regarding that with
no luck as well.

When setting up an exchange account in outlook 2003, while using exchange
server 2000, 5.5 and earlier, try unchecking the setting "Use cached
exchange mode".
