[Default error page probelm]can't set to the default one

My IE is 6.0sp1
Somedays ago,i was infected by lop.com.
And i use www.lop.com's removal bin tool.
And use Special software to delete the Ad virus
And Use Norton Antiviurs to scan virus.

As a result,i romoved the toolbar in IE,and the lop.com Ad viurs.
But the Default search page(or say default error page) can't be set to the
oringinal one.
So each time,i can't open a page,lop.com' search engin will appear and pop
up a ad.

How can i fix the problem.
ps:I have use norton to check for 3 time,and be sure that main exe and dll
plug have been removed.

Do a search in your registry for 'lop' (no quotes). When
you find a key with www.lop.com, delete it. Hit F3 to
continue looking for other instances.

When you reach the end of the registry reboot your macine.
When you log back in you should be able to reset your
homepage.
