Default email

When I click an email link from other programs Outlook Express opens with the
appropriate address. How can I make Oulook the default under these
circumstances?

In Outlook, go to Tools, Options, Other, make sure there is a check in the
box "Make Outlook the default program for e-mail, contacts and calander"

You may need to close and re-open outlook for it to take effect.
