You would have to add Yahoo to the Registry at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail. By default Outlook Express
is listed here and you can use this entry as a template to add the
settings for Yahoo. However, you may have to ask Yahoo's support about
what is to set up here exactly.
