Decimals separation "." and ","

Is it possible to have within the same worksheet cells containing numbers
with "." decimals separation and other cells with numbers with "," decimals
separation?
Thanks for help.
 
Since this is a Windows setting, it will not be possible. You can have
either or, but not both
