Debugger? What do i do

I have a problem, everytime i start the browser and
switch pages i get a sign saying i need to debug, I have
no clue how or what to do, can i get some help please!

go to tools menu, option, connection,change advanced option (of your
internet connection) and check the "disable debug script."
It solves the problem........................

p.s.: I'm not sure if the menu command are displayed as I
wrote.............I use an Italian version of Explorer.........))

p.s.: this is not your problem; it reside on HTML page. Your IE it's
right!..
