DDCMAN.exe

What is this process ? Everytime I reboot my machine,
this process DDCMAN.EXE is shown as being waiting to be
timed-out/killed. Is it a valid Microsoft's executable ?

Go to www.lavasoft.com, and download Adaware. I think you'll find that
DDCMAN.EXE is a piece of Spyware from Wild Tangent.

Control Panel/Add & Remove, uninstall Wild Tangent software, the file is
part of their garbage that hijacks your system.
