DDCMAN.EXE application error

I'm using Windows XP Home edition... After working on the
internet and then doing a system shutdown, I get the
folowing error message during shutdown: DDCMAN.EXE
apllication error with a memory address of OX77208413
(not sure of address acuracy), and then ...memory could
not be read. I'm trying to identify this file. Is it
criticl to windows XP operation? ...or does it belong to
another software produt I may be using? WHomever it is
that has the answer, Thanks for your help! Ed
