Win XP Pro, when i close down i get a box comes up with DDCMan.exe at the top
of the box, below with a lot of 00s and xxs and says click box to close
something about menory how can i stop this please help

This is an online gaming package that is installed by a number of third
party applications and even OEMs, ISPs and AIM. The games aspect of this
is really rather cool. The being installed without you asking for it
isn't cool at all.
Got that from a web search.

Thanks for the info, found DDCman.exe on search but wont delete keeps saying
it is being use by a program, if i change the file name exe to something else
will it delete

Go to start..run..msconfig..startup tab and uncheck the entry for DDCman.
Then you can delete it if you want.

Brian, go to start,run, and type in msconfig and see if this is set
to run at startup. Also ctrl+alt+del and see if the process is running
under tasks and end it if it is then try to delete.
