Service failed to replicate off changes made locally. ’The DSA
operation is unable to proceed because of a DNS lookup failure.’

base on info.

Domain name is xxx.mycompany.com

Rtsd1 -->ip 10.3.10.107
-->DNS preferr 10.22.22.22 (ip of DNS mycompany)
--> Master Operation

Rtsd2 --> ip 10.3.10.252
--> DNS preferr 10.3.10.107

Looks like your DNS servers are not domain controllers, assuming that rtsd1
and rtsd2 are your only domain controllers.

If Rtsd1 is using 10.22.22.22, how is the zone configured? Is it a Primary?
If so, how is the zone on 10.3.10.107 configured? Is it a secondary of the
zone on 10.22.22.22?

In an AD environment, all DNS servers that any machine (DC or client) must
have a copy of the AD zone. That is how it "finds" the domain controllers. A
DNS lookup failure is stating simply just that, it CAN'T find the domain
controller name in DNS.

1. What type of DNS servers are you using? Windows? BIND?
2. Do the SRV records show up under the zone?
3. Is the zone name a single label name ("domain" rather than
"'domain.com")?

Can you post an ipconfig /all of both servers please? - Thanks
