dcpromo child domain help needed!

Hi guys,

Im running a test here. I used have a main DC and a child domain. My main
DC got fried and I rebuild over again and everything seem fine. Now on my
the child domain is messed up, 'cause when I rebuild my main DC, I guess it
lost some sort of configuration. Now, Im trying to remove the AD from the
child domain, it wont let me.
It starts to try to remove AD then a second later I get an error saying
couldnt find domain or something like that.

Oops here the msg I have when I try to remove the child DC.
Active Directory Installation Failed

The operation failed because:

The Directory Service failed to replicate off changes made locally.

"The DSA operation is unable to proceed because of a DNS lookup failure."
