DCPFLICS.exe error on win xp sp1 startup

When I boot to WIN XP's just after login this alert appears:
"DCPFLICS.exe has to be closed". I cannot acces network, run Iexplorer
or Firefox. I have tried to scan system using Norton Antivirus 2004. It
has found some adware which I deleted, but it did not help. Does anybody
knows whats wrong?

It's a problem with your TurboSquid software. You may want to try their

I would start by reinstalling the software, which may be corrupted.
