DCOM Event ID 10009

I recently installed an HP color laser printer and since the installation
with their "HP Toolbox" software that utilizes a Tomcat server, I now have
problems with mapped drives through my Novell client and continue to receive
error messages in the XP event viewer. I get Microsoft Event ID 10009 "DCOM
was unable to communicate with the computer (tree name here) using any of the
configured protocols"
After about an hour, my Novell mapped network drives are no longer available
and when I attempt to do the Novell Login, it cannot find the server, even
though the drive letter still shows up under "My Computer". I'm forced to
reboot the computer and the DCOM error appears consistently in the event
viewer. Following reboot, the data is accessable on the mapped drives and
everything is fine for about another hour, then the connections are lost
again. I checked my Norton Firewall software, and tried to eliminate any
other possible causes. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
