dcdiag error

I ran dcdiag on domain controller (win2k)
and I got this error
starting test: frssysvol
error: No record of file replication system, SYSVOL started.
The active directory may be prevented from starting.
There are errors after the SYSVOL has been shared.
The SYSVOL can prevent the AD from starting.
.........................................name of domain passed test frssysvol

starting test: systemlog
An error event occured. EventID: 0x0000165B
Event string: The session setup from the computer IBMPC
An error event occured. EventID: 0x0000169E
Event string could not be retrieved
...........................................name of domain failed test systemlog

Please inform me what the errors mean.

And here is other thing.
I have another domain controller(win2k) with Exchange 2000
and the "Event Log watch" service did not start because directory name is
invalid.
I do not know what this is.
I do not have problems with AD or exchange server now.

Does anyone know what Event Log watch is and how to fix this?
