dcdiag frssysvol error

Choose "Replicate Now" in ADSites and Services, get access denied. Run dcdiag
and get this error.

This seem to be cause of AD problem I am having. Try my best to resolve but
not getting anywhere. Appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.

Is DNS in order? Also, please take a look at the following link:

Has this always been the case or is it something that has recently started?
