DC promo problem

Good afternoon.
I have just one dc and it`s working well, but now I`ve installed a new
server, it`s only member of the domain, so I will use it to be a active
directory replication partner. I run dcpromo and choose member of an
existing domain and everything appears ok.
But at the middle of the process, I get this error

The operation failed because: Failed to modify the necessary properties for
the machine account SERVISA$
"Access is denied. "

I`m using the administrator account. The acount of this machine is already
into "domain controllers" OU, and this machine runs isa server 2000.
