""Promo another server into DC Group""

Hi,

I have one ADC and two DC.
I have set-up three DC server, but when I promo, I have receive an error
message comes

"The operation failed because: Failed to modify the necessary properties for
the machine account Mail3$ "Access is denied"
"The the user name and password of an account with sufficient privileges to
create an additional domain controller for the mydomain.com domain"

Can anyone advice me what should I do, thank you.

P.S. I have confirm my username, password & Domain are correct.
