.dbx files

Would anyone be able to tell me how I can open and read a file with the
extension ".dbx". I realize it is a system folder so windows won't open it,
but surely there is something I could install that would allow me to see and
read what is in this file.

A .dbx file can only be opened using Outlook Express.

A .dbx file can only be opened using Outlook Express.

Actually not true. You can open a dbx file in notepad. It's not easy to
read, but it does open.
