DB Manager has more components than TD

Is possible a DB Manager has more components than TD?
I upgraded my DB to Service Pack II. After that I have realized to have more components in DB Manager. For example, I can´t get IPX / SPX component in TD, but I can see it in DB Manager.
What´s the problem?
