Daylight Savings Time

I have several Windows XP system that will not hold the
Time change after Daylights savings time occurred. Each
system has been changed with Admin rights, all the current
updates, no virus detected and the correct time zone is
selected and the CMOS time is set correctly. However, when
ever the system is rebooted, it reverts back 1 hour.
Anybody had this issue?
 
Double click the clock | Time Zone tab |
Check: Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes |
Apply | OK
