Daylight Savings Time Error

I am running Windows XP SP2 on a duel processor AMD Motherboard (I recently
upgraded to this board). My daylight savings time is off eventhough I have
downloaded and ran the fix (kb933360). I try to re-run it and I get an error
that the program or a newer program is already installed. To spite all of
this, my computer will not shift to DST. Yes, I have checked the box to
automatically switch to Daylight Savings Time. If I advance the date from
March to April, then Daylight Savings time kicks in. It is off my a month.
I can not find any other hotfixes or downloads to correct this problem. My
system worked fine last yeat.
HELP PLEASE, I'M GOING NUTS!!!!

I had the same problem (WinXP SP2) and Microsoft gave me no joy.

This program worked (it does not install itself). I uninstalled, then
installed - simple.

Thanks, that seems to work great. The only problem I had the next day is
that after I had installed the patch and resetting my clock, the day after
the system time was changed again and also changed all my appointments in
Outlook. I had to go through my calander and reset my appointments. Is
there another problem I need to be aware of?
