daylight savings issue - Perth Western Australia

Hi Guys,

I’ve got a problem with our PC's and our client pc's where any appointments
that are scheduled with invited attendee’s, the attendees time is set an hour
back.

This only happens when it’s scheduled with outlook on the workstations, but
if were to log into OWA and send it, they receive the correct time.

All the servers are 2003 sp2(+ latest updates) and all the workstations are
XP SP2 with either office 03 or 07 (+ latest updates), all updates are
installed via windows update.

It happens with office 03 and 07 too.

I read through a few of the news groups and some mentioned something about a
service pack, but a long search found nothing.

Can anyone please help, or point me in the right direction??

Thanks heaps,

Steve

There was/is cumulative updates at Windows Update.

The newest is:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942763

From the article:
Updates from the previous cumulative Windows time zone update
The following changes have been made since the previous Windows cumulative time zone
update. This update was described in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 933360:
Australia:
Central Australia Standard Time
Australia Eastern Standard Time
Tasmania Standard Time
Adjusts DST start times and end times for these time zones so that they start and end
on the same day. This was changed after the prior cumulative time zone update was
created (August 2007).
