Daylight End fialed while trying with control pannel

Hi,

I am working on Xp Embedded OS and facing one issue.
While testing the Daylight start and ends, some time ends testing
failed.

Any help regarding this will be appriciated, i also test this on
normal XP professional and on that also test some time failed. Is this
problem is related to OS or its a known bug.

Can any body help me is sorting this issue.

Since you mentioned the issue is reproducible on XP, have you tried MS XP Support first?
