Day manager on a stick?

Hi All,

I would like to run a day manager off of an USB
flash drive. The idea would be that I could plug it
into any computer and have my note, appointments, etc..
Sort of like a Palm, only no Palm and it uses everyone
else's computer.

Anyone know of such an animal?
