DateStame 3c41b122 - es198xdl.sys Error

After loading the latest windows 2000 updates., I get the
above Blue Screen of Death error message when I do a
RESTART.... but not on a Shut Down and then Reboot.

Any Ideas

If you have a Dell laptop, you will need to reinstall the sound driver
to an earlier version. This has resolved the issue in our system.
