DATEDIFF Function

I am looking for the DATEDIFF function for Office 2000.
I have added all the "add-ins" for the tools menu and from
the MS Excel web site, without luck. I understand the
function has been available since Office 97. Any other
ideas where I can locate the function??

In office 2000 under help search DATEDIF (just the one F)
