Date/Time functions

I am trying to create a noise complaint log for the airport, when calls come
in I want the date/time to come up automatically and then keep that time so
that when a report is generated we have a timeline.

Thanks that seemed to work. I have run into another problem that I am tasked
with, I need to have data automatically fill in (i.e. enter name and address,
phone number automatically fill-in). I have been reading some of the other
posts that say this is not a good idea I was wondering if there was a better
program for this. In short the program needs to be user friendly do to the
high number of personnel using the program.

What do you mean by automatically? Like an address linked to a name? If
that is the case then if you have it set up only in the Form then that should
be fine. I often have to do that in the database I make for the Air Force.
Just don't ever set up look ups in the tables.
