Date and Time

My computer gives a 5 digit (12004) year. I change that
in the date and time properties but when I reboot the
computer it goes back to the 12004 year. How do I make
the changes permanent.
 
Start/Control Panel/Date, time,.../Properties
use the up and down arrow to change the date to 200
After changing, click Apply first then OK, to set and save settings.
