I have a user who is experiencing time shifting. The PC shows that it is on
the correct time and gets it's updates from our AD time server.
His emails are showing a -1 hour time difference and it also shows up in his
calander. Not sure where else I can check as I went into the options in
Outlook and his settings are correct. Just to be even more sure, I check the
Global Policy and it is correct. He is the only user who is having this issue.
