Date and Time Incorrect in Messages and Meetings

I have a user who is experiencing time shifting. The PC shows that it is on
the correct time and gets it's updates from our AD time server.

His emails are showing a -1 hour time difference and it also shows up in his
calander. Not sure where else I can check as I went into the options in
Outlook and his settings are correct. Just to be even more sure, I check the
Global Policy and it is correct. He is the only user who is having this issue.

Is his daylight time setting correct? Enabled if you live in an area that
honors it, disabled in the few areas that don't honor it.
